For over 13 years and five different vehicles the team at John Paul's Auto has done everything from replacing the transmission on my Ford Focus to repairing the power window on my Nissan Sentra. Back in Feb. 2002, my vehicle's engine seized up and needed significant repair work. The more cost effective long-term option for me was to go with a new engine. My brother referred me to John Paul's because of the quality work he had received on his cars he had serviced there.
Since a new engine is such a large cost, I called around to a number of different places. There were a few places that were somewhat cheaper than John Paul's, but I stuck with their estimate because of their detailed and informative estimate as well as the quality service they had provided to my brother's vehicles. I was also impressed with the hard work, effort, and honesty Stephanie put forth on the estimate and projected costs. Also, two other potential service locations I had called in the Anoka area referred me to John Paul's as a good place to get a new engine.
I was very impressed with the job they did in installing my new engine. There were also a number of other repairs and parts replacements that I had done as well for which I have been very satisfied. Both John and Stephanie were very explanatory in showing me what the problem was, how they would fix it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take.
Since 2002, I have brought my vehicle to them for many preventive visits and for a few repair/replacement visits and have been equally satisfied. I have not had any trouble with any of the major repairs they performed from my first visit in 02/2002. I would highly recommend John Paul's Auto to anyone.
